I'm subletting my studio in the South Bronx. It's 5 minutes walk to the Cypress 6 stop (3 stops from 125th st). The studio is just over 300 square feet, it has 12 foot high ceilings and two windows. It's on the 6th floor so it gets lots of light. There's an elevator, the studio door has a lock, and the hallway and bathroom is shared with 6 other artists. The hallway also has a door with a lock.
