The Space Kunstraum has an opening of one semi-private with a window for $360 at 85 sft inside one of our three co-working lofts that includes a gallery, large hallway and bathroom inside beautiful, bright, comfortable, AC in summer, well-heated in winter, quiet, renovated industrial loft building in Clinton Hill close to Dumbo/ Navy Yard/ Williamsburg (bike path). Short-term options of 3 months or 6 months are available. Studio can be shared. All of the studios have 13' ceilings, 200 sq ft shared space, wi-fi is included. Kunstraum sends out a monthly newsletter with open calls and coordinates professional services for artist members as monthly curators and gallerist visits (list of visitors on website under about), grant writing support, promotion, exhibitions and networking.
