Dear Creative Community, our studio loft is available for short term and longer term rentals. It´s used collectively and we have a lot of space, it´s also well equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, all sorts of tools, tables, projector, photo equipment, professional photo printer A 2. The space is 160 sqm in total, has floor heating and is extremely bright with a 30 sqm rooftop terrace. It´s a newly build complex located inside of the old FAHRBEREITSCHAFT - Collection HAUBROK - 20 min Tram ride from the centre of Berlin. The ceiling is approx. 6 meters high, it´s very cozy and unique work environment, we also have a ping pong table :) Mobility: - Directly connected with M8 tram route. - own parking Availability: On a daily basis but more focussed in longer rentals.
