I would like to share my 300 square foot studio in Red Hook. It's across from Fairway on Van Brunt Street. Your share of the rent would be $600 (that includes garbage disposal and liability insurance). I'm usually there after 6:00 pm on some weekdays and may be there at any time on Saturdays &/or Sundays. It's equipped with wood/plastic/metal-working tools, but I don't want to be kicking up a lot of dust. I have a big dust collector for that purpose. There's a table saw, miter saw, router table, 14" band saw, drill press, belt sander, spindle sander and a bunch of hand held power tools. This space would be ideal for a jeweler or someone who does light wood/plastic/metal working (no welding).
